:?: Anybody used or have experience with this video cam? I was at Costco today and saw they have a combo kit on sale for $79.99. Kit includes camera, 2gb card, strap mount and foam stabilizer. Handlebar mount not included though.
For the money, it looks like a smokin deal. Haven't looked at any other cams though so nothing to compare to. I did see a video on youtube and the audio was pretty noisy though.

Don't know about that one, but I had heard that non-wide angle lenses tend to create really shaky video. The wide angle lense on like a GoPro takes care of a lot of that by reducing the amount of percieved motion, so the video looks "smoother". I don't know, try it out and let us know how it works.

My friend has one, and it came with a card, and a bar mount too. We mounted it in his Buggy at Glamis, and the video looked real good. Very smooth video, no excessive shaking at all, and that is in a buggy doing probably 60mph over whoops, and dune to dune.

I had purchased the Epic camera from Walmart when they came out some time last year then saw it at Costco for half the price. I ended up returning the Walmart one since my wife got me the Oregon Scientific ATC2K as it came with everything I needed. I only used it a few times, but have no complaints really since it was under $100. The best thing is that it's waterproof. Can't go wrong with the Costco, since you can return it if you don't like it!! I'm still playing with different mounting points. Check out one of the video's from my camera!
