I asked you guys about getting a chain guide for my 1x9 set up, after a few suggestions I mailed Nick from N-Gear last week, told them what I tough I need, he replied fast and told me to check the size I request, I did and emailed him again with the info he asked but didn't hear from him again, yesterday I got the guide on the mail and I haven't even paid for it yet! This guy made sure I got the right size first, other companies just send you what you order to make the sale.
I just installed it and will try it over the weekend

Check it out here:

Glad it worked out. Haven't had to deal with them on a direct level yet but it's nice to know they know what customer service is. Plus, they make a great product.

I guess he also want to make sure it would work before he bills you , I don't see why wouldn't so I just emailed him asking for paying info, I'm keeping it just to support "old fashion" customer service
Thanks Darryl for suggesting it.

Poor customer service is the norm these days for LBS and such. Its almost surprising when you see or experience good customer service these days and you find yourself asking wtf??
