I actually just made the switch from hard tail to full suspension a little while ago and am loving every minute of it. I have been riding off and on for about 8 years or so and yet somehow I am still not very good at uphills.

I mainly ride Daley Ranch and Lake Hodges. I especially like night riding at Hodges. I hope to ride with some of you guys on one of your group rides. See you out on the trails.

I am glad someone had the ability to capture the intensity that is Hodges. Some of those downhills have been known to cause a rider to reach speeds of 12 and sometimes 15mph. It is kind of like the feeling the big wave surfers must get when they're in the pipeline of a 50ft wave.

I know you guys don't know me and computers have a difficult time conveying it but I am being sarcastic. I am not to familiar with emoticons but I don't know of one that is used for sarcasm.

Welcome to the site. Some of us curmudgeons refuse to use emoticons but we're a pretty sarcastic bunch so normally people will know when you're joking. Interesting screen name -- thanks for building my vocabulary.

Welcome!

And this is the standard sarcasm emoticon:

But to drive it home, you could use this one: Image
