Down with dirt treaders? MY GOD I have got to stop staying up so damn late on MTB forums! I even read it 6 times since i posted it and still never caught it....Im a lost cause! Anyway JUST got a new bike today (new to me at least) 2008 Trance X2!!!! One short shakedown ride and im in love! After peddling my Beast (demo 9) up all manner of XC hills its like having a motor strapped to my bike! Thanks for all the great responses here guys i really hope to join you all soon! Im at calavera most every other day! thinking about doing La Costa one day this week anyone in? Let me know! Ohhh and by the way Much more welcoming then Other sites ive been on (you know who you are)

Congrats on the Giant, their a good bike.

Took it for my normal 4 mile workout ride (pretty intense) love the bike but I gotta get use to it because the balance point is sooo different then my demo 9. Question for all you trance owners, I'm getting a ton of chain slap and almost bottoming out the rear shock just bunny hopping the thing it seems the chain length is ok and he rear shock pressure is ok any pointers??? Thanks guys

By the way, lay off the redbull / monsters. lol just playin'
