I'm a roadie who recently made the switch to mountain bikes. Because I grew up racing motocross, I thought riding off-road without a throttle wouldn't be much fun -- I couldn't have been more wrong. I've ridden my road bike twice in the last 5 months. The learning curve is straight up for me and I am having a blast. Rode ATT for the first time a couple of weeks ago; in November that trail would have been about 6 skills levels over my head. Onward through the fog.
