To be simplistic, BLM has always favored resource extraction, cattle ranching etc., and now they are heeding a public desire for better conserving the land for its own sake and for public enjoyment. So this is an opportunity to weigh in on that, with specific comments about trails, mountain bikes, eMTB, OHV etc. if you wish. |
