Friends followed me back and helped me load my bike and unload it at home. Then I did go to the ER to get checked out, and glad I did. I really needed the painkillers last night, and am doing breathing work with a spirometer. Damn it hurts to get that float up! |

OBTW, looks like you missed the line by only an inch and a half and the hump (couldn’t really call it a ridge) that got you was probably invisible in the flat light at the time. Oh and as a public service…anyone riding Crest since they worked on it…the water bars are now sky launchers so take care… |

Dan and I fall off our bikes from a height of three feet (saddle height) and  . This guy flies a million ft through the air, crashes, gets back up and sends it.
