Had a chance for an early SS ride to my backyard, if you are not familiar with Sweetwater you have two choices: you either climb or you can also climb, that's it.
First time on my singlespeed so it was interesting, I was happy to clear almost all the climbs including "Nut" Catcher! Ok I stopped once. :mrgreen:

That switchback has lot of loose babyheads and some waterbars but I'll get it one of this days.

Randy I only made it to the Tiki Hut, not enough time to go to the horse gate, climbing back Gnat Catcher or as I like to call it "Nut" Catcher was challenging, the first part before the powerline tower I was able to go 3/4 up, did the hard part with the loose rocks at the bottom but run out of gas at the easier semi-flat section :? , the second climb got it all in one shot :wink:

:thumbsup: Good job buddy, see it isn't that bad. Let me know when we are going to do a full sweetwater tour on the singles.

BTW that climb with the switchbacks is near impossibe it is just to damn loose, that is why I only do down that section.

By full Sweetwater tour do you mean down to the Horse Gate or the Steel Bridge?
I actually seen a girl climb up those switchbacks non stop, but I've never seen her again, very good looking so maybe I dreamed that.
