Looking to keep it cheap, HT 29 to try it out and mess around with some spray paint. Just don't want WallyWorld or Kmart quality. I ride medium frames, 17" or so. Steel or Al, not picky. I'd like a decent fork as well. 4-5 years old isn't a problem. Any one have something laying around the garage. Looking to spend $200-$250, then build with deals later into a 2x10 for possible bike packing.
