Does any one have an old shimano rear derailler that I could cannibalize? I have torn up the cage but think the rest is OK. Would prefer a med cage, but whatever works. Will probably buy a new one eventually, looking for a cheap solution in the meantime.

I have med cage xt 770. Only the cage is salvageable the rest is garbage.

Wow, Paul; I never noticed haw badly bent that thing was. I knew it was bent but I had no idea it was that bad.
