Any drive train specialists out there? I would like to finish my new build but have never done the derailleurs. I need to learn though and thought I would start with a cold 12'er and some experienced help. Any takers? PM or call.

Thanks - Larry

Here's a pretty decent how-to for derailleurs I've used:

Why don't you just call me and ask me to come show you whats up with the derailerus (I can't spell them, but i can make them work like nobodys business)
Did you gat a shadow derail. . .? or running the sram?
For your frame if your going shimano, you have to have the shadow. . .

Larry,

I wouldn't mind helping if you don't mind having some chain rubbing. I have done mine and I get chain rub, so it is basically up to you. I strongly recommend uncle Milt. I have got his number, just call me and I will give it to you.

Take care,

Gonna do it at my house on Sunday. Give me a call if you can come. I got some beers ready.

Anybody got some Avid Caliper mounting bolts for 185 Post Mount? I got a few sets of the shorter ones and haven't been able to locate the longer ones.
