hey everybody i just stumbled on this sight and like seeing locals more since i just found my addiction to mountain bikes. I have been riding for 8-9 months now 4-5 days a week. I ride mostly Anderson cause a friend of mine lives on anderson and its so easy to get to!!!! I went to Pine Valley about 7 weeks ago and found some really sweet jumps, I was doing really well till I slipped a pedal and pogo sticked my left leg and shattered my lower knee and split my tibia in half. So I am new from the couch in Lakeside. When I get back up and going again in a few months I would like to go check out some new trails with some new people!!!!! thanks guys and have fun!!!

thanks guys on my road to recovery, be in physical therapy next week, and yeah I got the addiction real fast and I bought the chumba F5 after I had been learning on a old Giant bike and then I realized to do different types of riding I needed 2 bikes. trying to pedal that downhill bike uphill sucks. but looking forward to getting back on the saddle!!!

Yeah but his tibias (tibiae?) outnumber his bikes 3:2.

J/K, heal fast and welcome here.

If you had included pics off your gnarly trauma, I bet your status would of shot to "Active Participant".
