Just thought I would say "Howdy"! By way of introduction I am Shannon Scott, I was in the Marine Corps for awhile, worked at a bike shop for parts while I was in the Corps, worked for NiteRider for 8 years and have found a happy new home with the Baja Designs Bicycle Light Division. I am happily married and the father of 4.5 kids, my 9yr old Jacob loves riding his Gary Fisher 24" with me.

If anyone has questions on night riding or 12/24hr racing, I probably have some answers/opinions I can share.

I do a lot of demo night rides with shops in the area, so if you'd like to try out a new Strykr or Strykr Pro let me know, you can even just swing by the factory up here in San Marcos and borrow a light if you'd like.

I won't hard sell or anything, but if you have questions or whatever feel free to ask.

Welcome!

I've been meaning to switch my MagicShine and NiteRider MiNewts over to the Strykers. I've ridden with Travis (bullcrew on GP) and those lights are friggin' bright!!! Are you guys still doing the deal where you trade your old lights for a discount on the Stryker/Stryker Pros?

Having seen the Baja Designs products at Off Raod Expos years ago and saying if they ever made anything for mountianbikes I'd buy it.

I've got 2 Strykers and they rock!

Excellent light distribution and color, no dead or flat spots under illumination. Doesn't hurt that they are very ruggedly built along with looking the biz, not like something pulled off of a 1963 Schwinn.

I'll be ordering up a Styker Pro for a helmet light as the Styrker is just a tad bulky for this.

Welcome. I hope to ride with you and your son soon (I'm one of the dads on the "kids ride" emails you've been receiving). My 11 year-old son and I get togther with jSatch (Joe) and his highness (Italo) and their sons every so often. It's always a great time.

I live right across the street from Mission Trails and ride primarily in Spring and Oak Canyons. Maybe I'll see you out there.
