So I might as well introduce myself (again.)
Name is Rick, I live in Borrego Springs.
49 years old. Started racing in '85 (Mammoth Mt. DH.)

Just got back on the bike in April in order to have something to do with my son.
Found the same old injuries were keeping me back, went to a PT and was able to come up with some exercises that solved (mostly) the issues I have had.

Love riding, and racing.
Goal is to make it the expert class by the end of next year.
We will see...
