Dude, I think this is your IT dept. or manager gently telling you to spend less time on the web. It's likely that the "Uncategorized URLs" are manually added by IT staff after reviewing the filter logs. Yes, IT people sometimes review the web filter logs; there are a number of good reasons to do so.

Web filter logs can be a pretty good indicator of viruses, spyware or otherwise compromised computers. Some of them can report how much bandwidth is being used and for what. Getting faster internet or new networking equipment is a much easier sell to management when you have logs with pretty pie charts and graphs.

For example, if the IT staff is trying to get a fatter internet pipe, and the logs show DirtTreaders.com as a high source of bandwidth and time utilization, they're going to block it. Even if it's just to eliminate it from the reports sent up the chain.
