Not here nor there in the big scheme of life's things, but I am happy to report a positive update. Went to LC again this morning for my 2nd trail ride in 8 weeks. Improvement! I'd arranged to go back to the ortho, but by the time they were ready to set an appointment, I'd already seen another level of betterness/healing, so I bailed out.

I took it easy again today with only one loop, but there were no janky clicks, clunks or movements outside where they should be. Still did not do Nascar, but did ride up it at the tail end of it, turned around and jumped the last double. No problems. I have 80-90% range of motion back, so will concentrate on stretching it out the next week or two. Getting prepped for Eastern Sierra trip soon, and SO stoked I will be able to ride.
