Hey All,

A good buddy of mine owns a company called Camroc, and he has given me access to wholesale pricing for unlimited units. I will be getting the camera soon and will post videos as I make them.

This is the only HD (720p) helmet cam in the US. More to come soon, stop drooling.

Also, check out this site for hosting HD videos

And how much that wholesale price would be for the fellow Treaders?

All in good time my friend, All in good time 8)

Actually, retail goes as follows,

About $450 per unit, 2 units in package ,Helmet cam 720p and Hand held 1080p. The hand held is ultra light and small, and uses memory card so no moving parts, cell phone battery, etc............

Wholesale will prob run around $550 to $600(Treader Price) Not cheap but you get an HD video camera as well as the helmet cam. The video should speak for itsself. I will have the handheld at SCST this weekend.

Yes, the Helmet cam runs off of the hand-held (Which ways virtually nothing, and fits in the palm of my hand). So you put the handheld in your camelback and a cord runs to your helmet. This way you can record up to 4 hours on the largest memory card (HD files are large) which goes in the handheld.

I am interested. I have been learning Adobe After Effects and can almost call myself an expert. I paid close attention to HD and am excited about making HD a strong capability of mine. I am not sure if I will buy one right away, but I am a definite maybe.
